New Year New You?

It's that time of year again, already!

As we welcome in 2025, remember to be kind to yourself as you reflect on what the year held for you.

I recommend that you do a few kinds of reflection to connect with yourself and acknowledge your challenges, wins, and dreams

  1. Connect with yourself and think about the year as a whole:

    1. What were the biggest struggles you faced:

      1. Personally

      2. Professionally

      3. Relationships

      4. Growth / Goals

    2. What are you the most proud of yourself for?

      1. What did you overcome?

      2. What did you accomplish?

      3. How did you grow?

      4. What made you happiest?

  2. Think about how you want 2025 to go:

    1. What do you want to achieve?

    2. What do you want to experience?

    3. What lessons can you bring into the new year?

    4. What do you want less of this year?

Carving a Path Forward

The best way to know how to move forward is to understand what you desire in life and comparing that to the life you're living. I find the transition into the new year is an incredible reminder to pause, reflect, reconfigure your goals, and move forward.
